Prior to the launching of specific activities of the project “Capacity building for effective participation of youth in the decision making process: Building the capacity of students' parliaments”, Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with all four high schools that are going to participate in this project.

Juventas signed a memorandum of cooperation with Secondary School of Economics “Mirko Vešović” on 2nd December 2010 in Podgorica.

Juventas signed a memorandum with the Grammar School “25. maj” on 10th December 2010 in Tuzi, and with the Grammar School “Tanasije Pejatović” on 15th  December 2010 in Pljevlja.

The Memoranda define the conditions of cooperation and obligations of both signatories. Juventas and high schools have committed themselves to providing support to the work of the students’ parliaments, supporting and developing non-formal education programs, providing information on activities, opportunities and competitions. The signatories undertook to exchange information and experiences in order to realize their common interests. Schools have pledged their action to be directed towards improving cooperation between school management and students’ parliaments. Also, the Memoranda underlined that the project “Capacity building for effective participation of youth in the decision making process: Building the capacity of students’ parliaments” is funded by the Balkan Trust for Democracy.
