At the beginning of October 2015, two educational workshops were held with Roma children living in Camp Konik on the topic of traffic safety, in the framework of the project “Assistance for integration and return of RE and other I/DPs living in Konik neighborhood - Phase II”.

Educational workshops on traffic were held with the aim of bringing children closer to the behavior of pedestrians/participants in traffic in order to gain basic knowledge about everyday traffic culture, how to behave safely, so that they do not endanger themselves or other participants in traffic, about the traffic signs, pedestrian crossing, traffic light, etc. Juventas's assistants brought children closer to traffic rules in a creative way. Namely, after visiting the train and bus stations, they would organize a gathering, where children were offered cakes and juices and could ask assistants some additional questions. The children had the opportunity to socialize, have fun, but also learn about traffic through practice.
